Miransas operates under strict data minimization rules across all ecosystems, including Miralas and our upcoming decentralized network platforms. We believe that technology should empower users, not exploit their identity.

• No Covert Tracking: We do not profile user behavior, utilize session replays, or deploy silent cross-site analytics scripts.
• Cryptographic Hashing: Your sensitive data, access tokens, and system identifiers are converted immediately into non-reversible cryptographic signatures.
• No Third-Party Monetization: We never have, and never will, sell or rent your system activity logs or personal details to brokers or advertisers.

Acceptable Use & Generative Technologies

Miransas tools—specifically our advanced generative audio and voice cloning algorithms—are deployed solely for authorized business, creative, and development purposes.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against network threats, financial scams, corporate phishing, and the unauthorized impersonation of private individuals or public political figures. Engaging in deepfakes or disinformation pipelines will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

Law Enforcement and Judicial Cooperation

Because we do not store raw personal files or keep cleartext logs of data transactions, our digital surface footprint is inherently secure against external breaches.

However, should a user actively leverage Miransas infrastructure to commit verified criminal fraud or execute illegal identity operations, we will honor binding court orders. In these rare judicial scenarios, Miransas will cooperate fully with authorized law enforcement agencies by securely providing relevant metadata and partial system indicators.
